ABOUT ME

Hello there! I'm Charlotte, a dedicated CIPD qualified HR professional with 15+ years of diverse experience throughout the full spectrum of HR, across various sectors and a variety of countries. I'm from the UK originally but now live and work in Singapore, one of the most competitive jobs markets in the world.

After completing my Batchelor's degree in Psychology I started working in recruitment and worked for one of the world’s leading recruitment firms. After several years I moved into HR, first in Australia and then in the UK.

My journey through the world of HR has taken me from the private sector to the public sector, education, government and even the world of charities. With each step, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that I'm eager to share with you.

One thing that has remained constant throughout my career is my passion for people. I believe in the power of human potential and am deeply committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. I am committed to offering the best possible advice and solution to anyone who needs it.
